Longer is pleased to announce it has successfully developed a touch screen intelligent peristaltic pump L100-1F with programming function, and officially launched it to the market.

L300-1F and L600-1F are the latest addition to Intelligent Peristaltic Pump, and the flow range continues to expand, up to 3000 mL/min. Longer pump, a leading fluid transfer solution provider, has released these three new products, which not only have excellent functions, but also are easy to use, and provide fluid transmission solutions for global users in a wider flow range.

High lights

*7 inch color display, full touch screen and intuitive graphic interface, provide easy-to-use operations

*Customize parameters by programming, and the parameter programs can be stored and easily recalled

*Pump can be controlled through touch screen, foot switch, analog signal and communication commands, combined with a variety of interfaces (USB, RJ11, DB9 etc.) for easy system connection  

This peristaltic pump is easy to program with an intuitive touch-screen monitor. Quickly set up single- or multiple-step programs depending on the application. The controller stores up to 8 programs, and 7 parameter programs with up to 10 steps each, with recall for later use.

For multiple-step programs, they are all composed of steps, which can be divided into two categories: one is the running control modules, the other is logic control modules.

9 running control modules including constant, ramp up, ramp down, stepped up, stepped down, sine, constant dispensing, and ramp up. While 8 logic control modules including direction, delay, event trigger, status output, pause, jump, loop and stop. Each running control module can be used independently for simple routine application. But for complex application, it needs to configure multi-step program with multiple modules.

The pump dispenses/fills via the user’s choice of program, with flow ranges of 0.15ul to 3000 mL/min (depending on the model and tubing size selected). Pumps operate with continuous tubing to save costs by eliminating leakage and the need for fittings or connections, thus providing a cleaner fluid path.
