Training Calendar: The learning catalogue comprises of training topics that is an outcome of the training need analysis conducted every year across business and includes topics that resonates to each business and thus making learning more meaningful for the employees. The respective supervisor approves & sponsors the courses for the participants (employees) as long as it is aligned to the Individual development plan.



HAL Academy: Courses relevant to your job role will be assigned to each employee every month and all employees are expected to complete according to their own needs.
